Monthly & Annual Support Programming
Why JMG?
With a change in staff and allocating team resources and talent, a new need for monthly marketing support was created at Lakes Region Community Developers in 2021. After having successfully worked with LRCD on annual programs and projects in the past, JMG was asked to create a support solution to help fill the gaps concerning their marketing.
JMG created a customized approach.
In order for JMG to meet LRCD’s marketing needs, goals, and mission, they needed to cultivate a plan for what their services and support would look like on a month-to-month basis. After collaborating with Executive Director Carmen Lorentz, JMG created a plan of action that would allow them to create and share consistent and relevant information with their community.
This messaging would take form through monthly emails, social media posts, blogs, press releases, and an up-to-date website. Although JMG specializes in these forms of communication, it was also crucial for them to create an accountability strategy that would keep the flow of information for this communication to remain possible. Overall, JMG was, and remains able to collaborate with LRCD to complete these monthly and annual solutions to fulfill their marketing and management needs according to their culture, operations, service procedures, and customer service expectations. These monthly and annual programming and projects include, but are not limited to:

JMG’s direct impact on LRCD?
JMG’s impact can be seen through LRCD’s success in surpassing their goal of $5k in their first NH Gives campaign in addition to the more recent success of creating and providing an ADA-compliant website, a project that was completed by JMG a in under 90 days.

What’s Next?
JMG looks forward to continuing its partnership with LRCD in the coming year. With that comes the planning of projects JMG will take on to help LRCD grow and thrive as an organization. Listed below is a sampling of some current projects under devleopment:
