Partnership for Public Health came to JMG for support in rebranding their organization.  A leader in public health and wellness, they had grown beyond providing support just in NH’s Lakes Region.  With many initiatives now making impacts across the state, the Partnership (PPH) was looking for a fresh new look and clear, concise way to express to its communities and partners what it is they do.

Looking to capitalize on a high profile event, Club Piklbal, a business in the beginning stages of development wanted to announce the opening of their business to come. Soon to be the NH Lakes Region’s first indoor pickleball club, Club Piklbal (CP) was ready to generate awareness ahead of its opening. 

Trouble was, the high profile event was just a week away, and Club Piklbal only had a simple logo and general brand color concept.

With a desire to increase their messaging on a more regular basis, create stronger brand and mission education, and increase the business community visibility and engagement, Belknap EDC released a “Request For Proposal” to find a provider that could establish new operating systems for these goals, as well as provide recurring implementation services. In response to this RFP for marketing support in 2012, JMG proudly began its journey with Belknap EDC, making them one of JMG’s original clients.

In May of 2023, WORK Lakes Region was a new business just under development. The Coworking and Event Studio had just signed a lease and while the build out of the space was just beginning, WORK also needed a full build out on a brand for this entirely new concept for the Lakes Region.

Capt’n 4 Hire was a business in its infancy. Captain Kevin McCarthy knew he had the skills and expertise to offer a great service, and was ready to turn it into a business. He came to JMG for support in establishing the foundation he would need for that transition.  

It was 2012 when JMG began working with Watermark, an 11-year partnership in brand development, marketing strategy, business service growth, and more.  JMG was brought on board to facilitate marketing director-level solutions that eliminated the need for internal staff and leadership management. JMG was embedded more as a partner, and less as an outsourced service provider.

LRCD was looking for a new way to tell their story in a way that would allow the public to better understand what they do and how it benefits the community. LRCD is more than just a landlord. They provide services and support to their tenants and work tirelessly to find ways to develop more affordable housing for the Lakes Region. LRCD, a non-profit, depends on the support of their community to do what they do. Therefore, they wanted to get their story out there in a meaningful way, as they could generate more monetary donations as well as general advocacy support from the public to add more affordable housing.

To address their need, JMG suggested an Evergreen video series that could tell the LRCD story in small bites, focusing on each aspect of the organization.

As with many non-profits, Coös Economic Development Corporation operated with a lean team. The lack of standard operating procedures that resulted from this smaller team often led to tasks like marketing to become inconsistent or complicated. Therefore, Coös EDC came to JMG looking for support to build monthly marketing campaigns and a new website. 

Misiaszek Turpin Architects PLLC was working with both a logo and website that they had not only outgrown, but felt understated the highest level of service the entire team was offering, as well as the future growth they are driven to create as the business continues to thrive. They then came to JMG looking for a new visual and impactful brand and website that offers scalability alongside assets to develop brand consistency on all digital and print platforms where their business is presented or represented.

With a 4th generation of family ownership, King Stoneworks came to JMG looking for a new brand presentation that better suited their current and growing service and delivery. The goal was to create an elevated presentation, logo, website, and signage that showed the high-quality masonry projects focused on craftsmanship while also maintaining the legacy and foundation this business was built upon. It was a merging of the past with the present.  

After purchasing the business, new owner, Erin Dimick worked for years with the inherited brand, logo, website, and product labels. Over time, though, she was not feeling in alignment with the company's current brand, delivery, and vision. As a female-owned small business owner, Erin was fortunate to leverage a new program: Rural Business Development Grant through the Northern Community Investment Corporation from USDA Rural Development. After receiving the grant, Erin came to JMG with the challenge of creating a plan of development that would provide these primary assets within a fixed budget and specific timeline. 

With a change in staff and allocating team resources and talent, a new need for monthly marketing support was created at Lakes Region Community Developers in 2021. After having successfully worked with LRCD on annual programs and projects in the past, JMG was asked to create a support solution to help fill the gaps concerning their marketing. 

As a business working to stay up-to-date in an ever-growing and evolving market, the Belknap Mill was looking to create a new presentation based on their existing foundational structure, logo, and mission. The Mill then sought out JMG for support in transforming the organization's designs in order to attract and engage their community and subsequently grow their mission and programming across the state and local region.
