Partnership for Public Health
Reflecting Growth through rebrand
What was the problem that the customer/business came to JMG with?
Partnership for Public Health came to JMG for support in rebranding their organization. A leader in public health and wellness, they had grown beyond providing support just in NH’s Lakes Region. With many initiatives now making impacts across the state, the Partnership (PPH) was looking for a fresh new look and clear, concise way to express to its communities and partners what it is they do. PPH encompasses four pillars of service and they struggled with finding a way to give each pillar its own identity without losing their connection to the PPH brand.
How did you address this problem? What plan or solution did you present?
JMG presented a complete Brand Beyond the Logo package that would provide PPH with a completely new look and new language not only for PPH as the umbrella brand, but for its 4 pillar services (Human Services, Health Council, Emergency Preparedness, Prevention Strategies) as well.
JMG would deliver a new PPH logo, along with logos for each pillar of service to match PPH but with distinctive differences giving them each their own identity at the same time. With that, PPH would be provided new brand colors, fonts, etc to be included in a new brand guide.
As well, JMG would provide PPH a new bio statement, mission statement, value statement, and about us / founder’s story, all of which would be included to update the language in their current website.
How did you achieve this proposed solution?
Over JMG’s year long journey with PPH, JMG conducted multiple strategy sessions and interviews to gain a thorough understanding of PPH and its pillar services, as well as their brand vision, long term goals, marketing initiatives and more. Through this process, JMG was able to extract PPH’s brand vision and long term goals.
With that understanding, JMG got to work on creating the needed language and design to portray the vitality and experience of client journey, impact, relationship, and value in today’s and future market needs for the mission of PPH. All done with consistent and transparent communication and collaboration between the JMG and PPH teams.
JMG delivered:
Brand Story Development to include Founders Story, Value Story, Client Experience, Service Impact, Brand Bio, Vision Statement, and Mission Statement
Brand Identity Guidelines: Logos, fonts, brand icons, color palette and use guidelines
Website Design Brand Update Strategy to match the new brand guidelines to a checklist strategy for website updates to include look, font, logo, and meta-descriptions for SEO to match the new brand stories for keywords and brand consistency.
Comprehensive Marketing Strategy to introduce the new brand.
Brand Asset Development
And, a Brand Reveal Video for PPH to share to announce their rebrand
What do you believe the overall impact was?
The entire PPH team was thrilled with the outcome and went all in, introducing their new look to their community during their annual meeting and all over their social media. The team has repeatedly shared with us how thrilled they are to finally be able to clearly and concisely speak about who they are and what they do and have an up to date and cohesive brand look.
“Thank you so much! Staff is anticipating starting implementation.” ~ Tammy Carmichael, PPH Executive Director
